8I Alumni Game

Today I played in the first ever SCSU women's lacrosse alumni game.  My team played against some of the alumni from the past couple years.  The game was played at Jess Dow Field and started at 4:30 and ended around 6.  It was nice to have some of the alumni come play against us.  It seemed like the alumni had fun and enjoyed coming back to southern to show off their lacrosse skills.  I was surprised to see that most of the girls were still in pretty good shape and could still play.   Playing in first women's lacrosse alumni game was very fun to be apart of.  This year we got a new coach and she is trying to build the women's lacrosse program.  I think that having these annual alumni games is a great way to build the program!
